PRESTAN offers a 3-Year Limited Warranty (36 months from date of purchase) covering defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for all CPR Training Manikin, the AED UltraTrainer and the Professional AED Trainer PLUS. The Raizor AED Trainer has a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Not covered: consumable items (lung bags, face shields, batteries, training pads), misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.”

Yes. All PRESTAN Professional Manikins with CPR feedback meet the AHA Integrated Feedback Directive requirements (effective January 2019). The PRESTAN Professional Adult Series 2000 also meets the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s feedback requirements (February 2021).
PRESTAN manikins are designed for long-term durability in high-volume training environments. Lifespan depends on usage and maintenance practices.
